Ili sve zameniti jogurtom ako brinete o obimu struka.<\/li><li>Dodate smesi 1 ka\u0161iku senfa i 1 ka\u0161iku sir\u0107eta, so i biber.<\/li><li>Sve to lepo ohladite.<\/li><li>Obarite jaja i ohladite. Ise\u010dete ih na \u010detvrtine ili polutke.<\/li><li>Obarite krompir. Njega ne treba hladiti.<\/li><li>I onda sve zajedno servirate, topli krompir, hladna jaja i hladan sos.<\/li><\/ol><p>I to bi bio jo\u0161 jedan u nizu recepata iz sjajne nema\u010dke kuhinje. Sada se verni \u010ditaoci ovog bloga pitaju: &#8220;Jo\u0161 jedan u nizu? Ovo je prvi za koji ja znam.&#8221; Naravno, verni \u010ditalac je potpuno u pravu. Ja ne pi\u0161em o sjajnim nema\u010dkim receptima iz prostog razloga \u0161to tu nema ama ba\u0161 ni\u0161ta sjajno.<\/p><p>Povod za post su dani zelenog sosa koji se u toku maja mo\u017ee jesti po frankfurtskim (ili frankfur\u0161kim?) ulicama. Opet ni\u0161ta spektakularno, ovde stalno postavljaju tezge po ulicama i jedu i piju oko istih. Nego, pro\u010ditah komentar kako Nemci \u017eele da ga za\u0161tite. Tj. kako se zelenim sosom mo\u017ee zvati samo ono \u0161to sadr\u017ei ta\u010dno definisanih 7 biljaka (Parsley,Chives, Chervil, Sorrel, Dill, Borage and Cress). Ne znam svim biljkama ime na srpskom, te ih ostavljam u engleskoj verziji.<\/p><p>E sad se jedan neljubitelj zelenog sosa na kraju pita: wtf?<\/p><p>P.S.
